this is not a

internship

Caroline BRAMBACH from the La Haute École Albert Jacquard (HEAJ) Namur Belgium

Who are we looking for?

We don’t offer standard internships because we don’t believe in standard observers. We are looking for individuals who want to enter the pipeline, handle the tools, and take ownership of a narrative.

Architects of the Image

People who see beyond the render.

Technical Explorers

Those who aren’t afraid to break a pipeline to make it better.

Narrative Stakeholders

You aren’t just “helping”; you are building a legacy.

agility and high-standard output

Our Technical Stack

While we have a core, we are always evolving.

Unreal Engine 5

We use UE as our primary stage for Games, Virtual Production, Cinematics and Interactive Storytelling. It is the engine that allows us to merge performance capture with cinematic reality in an agile, instant-feedback environment.

BlendeR

We embrace the power of open-source craft for modeling, rigging, and animation. Blender allows us to maintain global-standard quality while remaining independent and highly customizable, proving that professional excellence is driven by talent, not by subscription costs.

The Evolving Pipeline

Our workflow is never static. We are constantly expanding our pipeline to integrate specialized tools like Nuke, Houdini, or 3D Coat—whatever the narrative demands. We don’t follow a fixed map; we build the road as we go.

The Open Philosophy

We are software-agnostic and process-driven. If you bring a new tool, a better script, or a faster methodology, we integrate it. We value the artist’s vision and the efficiency of the workflow over the brand of the software.

The Terms of Engagement

We don’t offer standard internships because we don’t believe in standard observers. We are looking for individuals who want to enter the pipeline, handle the tools, and take ownership of a narrative.

Geographically Rooted, Digitally Borderless

We believe in the Martinican context, but we embrace global talent. Remote collaboration is part of our DNA.

The Long Run

We want to build long-term relationships. If you start a project in Year 1, we want you to be the one pushing it to the next level in Year 2 and beyond.

High-Stakes, High-Support

You will work on real-world projects. You will be supported by our lead artists, but you will hold the keys to your tasks.

Join the Pipeline

We don’t want a generic cover letter. Tell us why you are concerned with what we do. Show us your experiments, even the “dumb” ones.
